There’s a vacation-hack among Disney-loving mamas: before age 3, your little one gets into the parks for free! And the memories? Absolutely priceless.
As a girl mama who’s danced down Main Street with a toddler on my hip and Mickey-shaped snacks in my bag, I can tell you, this stage is fleeting, magical, and full of firsts you’ll never want to forget.
Here are some of my favorite “before 3” Disney must-dos:
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique (yes, even at 2!) – While the full experience starts at age 3, younger princesses can still get pixie-dusted at the boutique and shop at Sir Mickey’s for their royal wardrobe. Bonus: they’ll feel just as fancy.
Character cuddles – There’s nothing like your toddler squealing “Mickey!” and giving him the biggest hug. No fear, just joy. Grab those PhotoPass moments (frame-worthy doesn’t even begin to cover it)!
Classic rides made for tiny dreamers – From Dumbo to “it’s a small world,” these gentle rides are toddler-tested and mama-approved. My tip? Rope drop Fantasyland and let the magic unfold from there.
Treats that become traditions – Our favorite? A swirl of soft serve and a castle-view table. Add mouse ears and sticky fingers for the full effect!
Before they outgrow the stroller naps and want to run ahead instead of hold your hand… so many moments are waiting to be made!
So if you’re wondering, “Should I take my toddler to Disney before 3?” Mama. YES you absolutely should. Bring the stroller, bring the bows, bring the extra iCloud photo storage. And I’ll be right here cheering you on, churro in hand! ✨
